Re-mastering PTU:
Prior to the official release of PTU, the songs were all remastered. The original version was first distributed by Fossil Records, and now the final version features a digital remastering.
There are also a few surprises in this final version of the product, such as a few new improved effects and a continous feel to the cd. It took more than a month to re-master and enhance the whole cd! Yeah, a lot of work, but the result is very good.

Facts about this album

Each song on PTU was carefully planned and recorded. The cd wasn't recorded as a whole, but songs were written individually (except for the 3 last songs that are almost a story). What is great is that most of the songs have commom structures and melodies, which means that we really have defined melodies and ideias, wondering around...
This is also a nice option, because each song can be carefully planned and recorded. Anyway, for Out of Place we'll have a different approach, since we want another type of sound.
The vocals were always the last thing to record and the guitars the first.
Old Man 's tale was recorded kind of "live", with Hugo on the bass and Carlos playing the acoustic guitar (an acoustic ibanez Talman Intercity).
